John H. Landen, Jr., CPCU, President.   John began his insurance career with Travelers Insurance after graduating from the University of Cincinnati in 1970. Prior to starting his own agency, John served as President of EBS (a wholly owned subsidiary of Travelers Insurance Company), and served on the Board of Directors of several industry groups. President of the Agency, John lives in Springboro, OH and is active in many community activities and organizations.

Sharleen Rafferty, Executive Assistant.  Sharleen has been in the insurance industry for almost thirty years. A resident of Kettering, OH she is licensed and knowledgeable in all areas of personal and commercial insurance. In addition to her duties at Landen Insurance, Sharleen was Executive Secretary for the Dayton Independent Insurance Agent’s Association for over twenty years.

Robin Barbiea, Office Manager.   Robin resides in Springboro with her husband Brett and three children. She has extensive experience in the financial services area. She is responsible for the day to day operation of the agency.
